My Week in Workouts by sporting soprano Laura Wright
Laura Wright is not your average soprano singer. As the official RFU anthem singer – plus the voice of Great Britain at NFL – she lifts spirits of the crowds on the pitch, however off the pitch she deadlifts more weight than some of the guys at Men’s Health, (sorry guys).
Classically, Wright mixed cross fit, Olympic weight training and Pilates to sculpt a lean physique, though she’s no stranger to tackling intense cardio – as a female rugby player she’s got a need for speed.
